As Recon Coffee, we use a double boiler 60 kg roasting machine. Coffee beans have unique roasting degrees to best reveal the aromas inside.

Factors such as the soil in which the carefully collected beans are grown, the way they are collected, the altitude from which they are harvested are the factors that are at the forefront of roasting.
